BASA has obtained certain hunting privileges at BAR TREK Ranch in the southern part of Botswana near Tsabong. The ranch is game fenced, 16 000ha in size (aprox 20km x 8km) and has a standing game population exceeding 3000 head.

As part of our commitment we have been allocated 12 weeks through the season and a quota of about 400 head of game must be removed. The late finalisation of the arrangements has resulted in an under-subscription by our members and we are offering the extra dates to CHASA. The fundamental fair principle will be first come first served, but our overriding obligation is to manage to take the quota so applicants demonstrating a greater likelihood to hunt well and in reasonable numbers may be given preference at our discretion...
